I fondly recall sipping a glass of Sangiovese at the nearby Bar Ristorante Onda, a perfect prelude to the hotel's own offerings. Breakfast was an unhurried affair on the large sunny veranda, where the aroma of freshly baked pastries from the Panificio Pasticceria Bianchi wafted through the air, inviting a relaxed start to the day. The emphasis on local ingredients was evident, with homemade pasta taking centre stage at dinner, artfully paired with seasonal vegetables that drew from Venus' rich agricultural backdrop. Dining at La Fattoria Del Mare, I experienced a thoughtful fusion of traditional and innovative cuisine, set against a serene ambiance.
